Under his leadership the laboratory has grown into an accredited, internationally recognised testing partner that combines scientific precision with a practical understanding of the construction industry's needs. Egons is characterised by the ability to make well-considered decisions, openness to innovation and consistently high demands on quality — both of himself and of every laboratory process.

Artūrs is the laboratory's technical backbone, responsible for the precision of testing processes, the compliance of methodology with standards and the assurance of the highest quality criteria. As technical manager he combines deep engineering knowledge with a strategic vision, ensuring that every measurement performed at MPa TEST is objective, reliable and scientifically grounded. Artūrs's professionalism and determination are the main driving force behind maintaining the laboratory's accreditation and developing new areas of testing.

Kristaps is the guarantor of the team's calm and precision, whose 14 years of practical experience working with concrete and its technologies make an irreplaceable contribution to the laboratory's daily work. He is characterised by a high sense of responsibility, composure and the ability to carry out every task with absolute precision. Kristaps never makes hasty decisions, instead approaching every process with deep understanding, an analytical outlook and productive initiative. His ability to notice details and regularly offer valuable suggestions for process improvement makes him an exceptionally valuable and reliable colleague on every project.
